Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
After 30 Days: If you experience an issue outside of the 30-day window, contact us and we will do our best to make it right. We offer replacements on a case-by-case basis for manufacturing defects.
We do not accept returns. All sales are final after the 30-day guarantee window. This allows us to keep our prices low and shipping free for every customer.
